About Nancy

She was a regular contributor on Barbara Altman’s long-running ”Front Porch” radio program and Ed Hitzel’s radio program, ”Table for One.” Additionally, she made appearances on "Better Living with Adrienne" on NBC TV 40. Nancy has written numerous articles on nutrition for publications such as Ed Hitzel’s Restaurant Magazine, and Go Jane News online magazine. In 2013, she even served as the Nutrition Editor for The Boardwalk Journal until it ceased operations.
Currently, Nancy writes for Atlantic County Magazine, Mainland Living Magazine, and Egg Harbor Township Magazine. She has also taken on the role of hosting her own radio program, Nancy Adler Nutrition LIVE!, on News Talk 1400 AM and 92.3 FM WOND. Her contributions and dedication have been recognized, earning her the Gold recipient in the ”Best of The Press 2020, 2021, and 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards.” Nancy’s expertise extends beyond writing and radio. She is also the author of a cookbook titled ”Nancy’s Recipes for Life,” which offers a collection of nutritious and delicious recipes. In addition, she has created her own line of protein bars and protein shakes specifically designed for busy individuals on the go.
