Herbed Chicken Patties
Theses chicken patties are easy to prepare and taste great! Don’t forget these chicken patties are packed with protein. Pair them with some avocado, a side of veggies or roasted sweet potatoes and you'll get all your nutrients.

Ingredients:
- 600g minced chicken (free-range preferably)
- 1 cup coriander, chopped
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chillies (chopped) if you like it spicy
- Salt and pepper
- Fat of your choice (I used avocado oil)
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients with chicken well.
- Gently “massage” the minced chicken mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form round and flat patties with your hands (similar shape to the ones in the picture).
- Heat up your pan with fat of your choice.
- Pan fry chicken patties on each side for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flatten the patties with your spatula.
